Made from black powder-coated 3-inch steel tubing, these steps are tough enough to serve as light-duty rock sliders and rocker panel or door protectors, too. Each bar includes two tough, ultraviolet resistant step pads made from nylon, secured by 5 pins so there’s no chance of them coming loose. These pads provide lots of grip for your shoes, even in muddy or rainy conditions or the midst of a snowstorm.

Tough Tubular Design. Fashioned from 3” tubular steel, the Rugged Ridge Side Steps feature a wall thickness of 0.070”, putting 0.140” of steel between your Wrangler’s lower panels and the trail’s hazards. The mounting brackets are 3/16” heavy-duty steel. All steel parts are e-coated and then given a thick, chip-resistant powder-coat finish in textured black. The step pads’ nylon is UV-treated so that they won’t degrade after years in the sun.

Mod-Free Installation. Installing he Rugged Ridge Textured Black Side Steps doesn’t involve any cutting, drilling, or other modifications. Instead, the steps bolt into place on existing mounting points, using the supplied hardware kit.
