Lift Specs. Rough Country’s 4 inch lift kit gets you anywhere you want with unique suspension designed for your Wrangler Unlimited. This complete bolt on lift kit allows for massive 35 inch by 12.5 inch tires with 4.5 inch backspacing. Installation requires no cutting or drilling which reduces installation time to about 3-5 hours. Rough Country provides the customer with a lifetime replacement warranty.
Lift Construction. Made specifically for the Unlimited, this kit is tailored to 4 door model’s weight and size. The kit uses coil springs and 2.2 series shocks to add lift. This package is also made for use with the OEM control arms however aftermarket arms may be used. Parts included are brake line brackets and relocation, cam bolts, rear sway bar links, and a pitman arm. The product also includes a rear coil correction plate which adjusts the rear coil angle by 10 degrees, amplifying the performance.
Application. The Rough Country 4 in. Suspension Lift Kit is designed to be used on 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Models.
Please Note. 2012-2018 JK’s require a small exhaust spacer modification to clear front drive shaft. Automatic JK owner’s should be beware that during heavy articulation, the front drive shaft may come in contact with the transmission pan. The fix for this is a Rough Country or aftermarket, smaller diameter front drive shaft to increase clearance between the pan and drive shaft.
